This company needs to re-invent themselves. If they do change names and re-issue new stock I would expect a sizeable reverse split. They need to get through the SEC investigation and get rid of the (CV EM) on their listing. Only Nerg knows what's going on and their not talking. The investigstion has been going on for several months so I am going to take thatas a good sign.
