In my opinion, the winthers took a lucrative side deal and left us holding the bag. Since january of 2016, vhub has had a deliberate strategy of not issuing PRs and doing everything possible to keep the shareholders in the dark and keep the pps down. It makes no sense to me, but in hind sight it is clear. I was voicing my concerns for many months and getting criticized for it.
I think this situation needs to be analyzed by an experienced attorney. I have started that process. If kyle winther, his relatives, or perlingos have received any substantial side compensation or stake in the company , my opinion is that he failed his fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders and has been fraudulent.
I think the shareholders need to consider a class action lawsuit against kyle, lori, neils winther and jake perlagos. I think vhubs actions over the last year would be very damaging in a lawsuit.
