The problem (for me, at least) isn't the "lack of PRs", but rather the 'lack of communication' between the company/CEO/Brian and its shareholders (us); there is a big difference between the two.


A simple Press Release/Memo to the company's shareholders saying,

We know you exist and we have not forgotten about you. Currently, we are unable to release any information regarding a settlement with CCGI. With that in mind, we, JNS Holding Corp (JNSH), are working diligently and very hard to increase and/or maintain the value of the company's stock(s). We at JNS Holding Corp. stand committed for the company's future. Please continue to check our website for more news and any other information regarding press releases about new projects, etc. We appreciate your loyalty and support.

A simple message like the one I typed above (which took me all but 3 minutes to come up with) to its shareholders would go a long way in showing 'longs' (aka INVESTORS) and also Traders alike that the company is determined, focused and serious about the Future of JNSH. The 'Lack of Communication' is a killer often times. If Investors/Traders do not believe that the company is committed into the future of itself, you can bet that the sharks will come in and trade this stock with a complete lack of respect.

COMMUNICATION between the company and its shareholders is EXTREMELY Important. And that isn't even an 'Opinion'. That is a FACT.
