Looks like he did a PR last summer. I've been in a few legit penny stocks that had not done a PR in over a year. Rather see that then PR every month followed by dilution. Even if he doesn't do a PR and they have a settlement then the pps should move. It has done several times over the past due to speculation which has made me some money with free shares. You say the CEO has 100,000 shares. That is nothing for a stock trading in sub pennies for months. Usually these guys give themselves millions while they dilute as well. I've made out well here like I'm sure many others have. There are far worse CEOs and stocks to be in beside JNSH. And if that settlement news hits regardless of a PR this should move very well imo
