PLUTUS, I agree with all your other comments and content, with one small exception:

warrants do expire - they typically have expiration dates just like options do.

In fact, I've personally never seen a warrant that did nott have an expiration date, although such warrants might exist.

Warrants are contracts, contracts for securities. Contracts do nott formally require a termination or expiration date, butt if they do nott, the courts will imply a 'reasonable termination/expiration date' and thus contracts that lack a termination clause and expiration date are somewhat ambiguous and uncertain as one cannot know with specificity what some court in some venue might decide in the indefinite future constitutes a 'reasonable expiration date' in a given set of circumstances.

Since securities instruments try to avoid indefiniteness an uncertainty, as it adds to risk, almost all warrants have a stated strike price AND expiration date.

Other than that one quibble, no other problems with any of your posted content on the MYEC scam.
