Sorry to hear about your stroke! VDC does own 13% of VDI and technically cannot have any liabilities or assets in the company before they went to official liquidation and got awarded a striking off which gives them the right to incorporate again, but liquidation dictates for them to notify creditors but since there are no creditors to speak of, it should just be a formality.
