With regards to SRI, ARXAN, and Noble I could not find a contractual link to those three companies. I reviewed the all the SEC filings in the past year and a half and I could not find it but I may have missed it. If I have to go back farther please let me know.

What makes you think TTCM doesn't have any money to "develop it themselves at the moment."

Well the fact that as of latest quarterly financial statement on the balance sheet shows Cash of $6,706. Yeah that will go real far developing KlickZie technology. Unless there is a major cash infusion from somewhere TTCM is not ever going to develop KlickZie. Someone else will build it (could be SRI/ARXAN/Noble) but will have to pay TTCM for the rights/license if that is how the structure of the deal is made.

And yes I was referring to Blackridge. They pursued financing back then (December 2015) then in March decided it was not in the best interests to pursue the draw down with Blackridge. I agree it was not in the shareholders best interests with the form of financing TTCM had obtained. Here we are almost 1 year later with a little over 6k in cash.

I own shares like you and everyone else on this board. I don't own many (only 40k). I am cautiously optimistic about my investment but I refuse to be blind to some cautions that I see. This stock has been resilient and has not been a pump and dump.

When I came to this board I was pleasantly surprised about how I thought my thoughts and opinions can be openly debated. If I am wrong I will fully admit it and believe me there are plenty of times when I am wrong and in this case I hope I am! I am just looking for some answers to some tough questions I have about the company.

If I get the answers I am looking for believe me I will sell all my other holdings and load the boat!
