I dont think there is any question that they PR the settlement. Why wouldn't they? Once the settlement is done, Brian's singular focus is going to be to drive our PPS.

That is what is so exciting to me. If you share my view that the company has held back the FINS on purpose to maximize the damages in the eyes of the court, then it is easy to visualize the potential here. You have to remember that prior to the lawsuit, JNSH was always current on their filings. They went dark as they got closer and closer to the settlement. Why is that? This is me speculating, but it is pretty reasonable to connect the dots and believe the next set of FINS COULD be the best in the history of the company.

We'll all find out soon enough.
