Was there an amendment filed after hours today for Bielcorp?

According to many posts by one poster, it is stated that a reverse split is inevitable.

I, for one, think that's about as stupid as anything I've ever heard.

A reverse split in the midst of a run with ongoing/pending news is not a good idea.

According to the poster, it's the best time to do it.

A reverse split is never a good idea, and it makes no sense until there is really really really good news.
