While you may be right the fact is that people absolutely sold because of the debt and the lousy conf call, and that's a fact and that does affect the price. Your comments suggest a belief in manipulation to the total exclusion of reasonable supply and demand factors.

The price should be down because of the uncertainty about when and how badly dilution will keep this stock from rising, or worse - make it fall back down to the low teens. It is behaving just how I would expect.

I simply don't trust the company anymore. I'm sure I"m not the only one. It affects the price. It affects the bids, and the asks, and the amount of profit that traders are willing to settle for, and how the charts look to chart-watchers.

They need to announce something better than 'we are paying debt off with cash', when they maybe really meant 'we are paying some of the debt off with cash and allowing the note holder to gain another $2m in riches at shareholders expense by converting 100 million more shares in the next 3 months.' They need to come clean.

My opinion. Yours obviously is different. We both play our according to our own rules based on our own beliefs. Good luck.
