Don't be so hard on yourself, it's only ginseng we're dosing here. However, for any readers who may be inclined to overdoing with that high fructose corn syrup, you may not want rckhnd drawing up your insulin..... :)

On another topic: if anybody can save me some search time--I recall a post in which someone read off the side of their bottle (was it soda? or water?) that particular bottle was bottled in Florida... was it St Augustine?? That info.would help us Floridians in our quest to get any products in stores here. Thanks.
