Effective Date



We expect that the Reverse Stock Split will be effective on or about January 30, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), which date shall be no sooner than 20 days after we mail this Information Statement and accompanying notice to our stockholders. See “Amendment of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation.” Our Board retains the authority to abandon the Reverse Stock Split for any reason at any time prior to the Effective Date.
