I have a large stake but I always like a dose of reality. Constant cheerleading will cause people, although unwise, to lose their hard earned money.

The facts are they are making money, have a great product and plan but the share structure is horrendous and per an email posted earlier from the CEO stated that they will not be touching the share structure at least in the immediate future.

In the end it boils down to "know what you own" the good, but also the bad.

Do your DD people, have a plan, and know the risks.
