That is what I see - not enough info. I don't believe the family sold their biz for less than top price nor would they outright screw the shareholders. IMHO I am waiting with my little bundle of shares to see page 2 on this tomorrow.

Everything will shake out tomorrow. If I held penny shares that are now worth .005, so be it.
