An exact date has not been confirmed, but since Adrian stated in a conference call that previous management gagged the TA, I would guess it's been gagged since 2014 or 2015 when the company started to go downhill. Adrian also said that the TA was owed money and the gag couldn't be lifted until it was caught up/paid. When will it get paid/caught up, who knows.
