BBD from what I gathered from Shareholders Meeting, there were a couple of ways to look at uplisting and that's what management was considering the pros and cons of. From what I gather they are going with Reg A. I believe Caro also helped them with internet awareness SEO. Anyways, believe they either have already applied for uplisting or will be in the next few days. Hope this helps. CHRO
