There should be no talk about dilution. The A/S is pretty much already maxed out.

Those saying the A/S will be increased are using fear based tactics to scare people. There is no evidence that will happen.

Based on recent press, I'm lead to believe a company with a national chain of retailers they can service is coming on board to help with nation wide distribution. If that happens, sales revenue can support ongoing business.
