It's now up to Kelvin to quiet the rumors and lies with ACTION! All common sense points to Kelvin as the rightful owner, so long as he fulfilled the obligations of the contract, and presumably, has shepherded this company out of its financial mess and towards compliance.

Kelvin, at least give us some update and a timeframe for when you will have this all cleaned up so we can truly move forward. The shareholders are rooting for you and highlighting your efforts, it's time to show us some love.
