I wonder whether they ever did have the Mineral Rights to Fencemaker. If not, the Ore which was extracted from the Mine should be confiscated by whoever still Owns the Rights to Fencemaker? However, several months ago, FLPC had a deal with Stockpile Reserves company who 'sold' or at least, singed over the Rights (one assumes) who then documented FLPC as the Sole Owner/ Holder/Lessee, or at least have full control over Fencemaker. Now it seems they have no rights at all! It's very ambiguous.

Steve Vogan was the Boss of Stockpile (read about it online), who conducted the transaction, but maybe it wasn't legal and FLPC has fallen foul of the scammer being scammed themselves! LOL

So, who IS the Legal Owner of FM Mine? Someone must know, but it begs the question that if FM is not under control of FLPC, they can't Mine it anyway, even if they could. They would have to rent the Mine if the Owner's Permitted it. If they did, they would ask Money for the Rights, or at least the Lease, but seeing that FLPC has no significant funds, they won't be mining anything now or in the future.

So, who owns it?
