They need to RS to adjust SS. @ 15.5 bil shares this never gets to pennyland. They should have done RS and made a run @ pennyland when pps was around .001. They'd have to sell around 50x the amount of water annually they expect to sell this year for them to reach a market value of over 100 mil. Especially with the way their contracts to pay their exec. is currently setup. With exec taking roughly 50% of the revenue IMO their currently over valued @ .0007. I'll wait til it gets back to .0004 before I'd even consider getting back in this.
