He said in the video that Monster left AB for Coke, but the wording is not completely true. Coke is Monster's preferred distributor because Coke owns about 17% of Monster. Monster does have other distribution agreements, but Coca Cola have an agreement, that they will only distribute Monster Energy products, they won't distribute other energy drinks. That's why when the incident with Trenton Coca Cola happen, it set off a firestorm and Coke's legal team got involved.
As far as AB merging with SA Miller, I don't think there would be a problem with them distributing DNA Energy Drinks if Adrian can get the deal because to my knowledge neither company has an exclusive agreement that states they will only distribute certain company products (specifcally energy drinks), like Coke has with Monster. That's why you see them having distribution agreements with both Coke and Pepsi.
However, I don't see AB making an agreement with Adrian stating they would exclusively distribute only DNA Energy Drinks and no other energy drinks this early on. Adrian has to remember, DNA has to reestablish it's self as a product that will be around along time, and a product people want.
