I think this part of the Insider is good;
"First up, revenues are better than expected, coming in at $110,000 a month. The company did $1.2 million last year, its best year ever. Occupancy rates are high — most weekends are sold out. Guests are booking reservations for April 20 (4/20) a year in advance."
