Let me clarify, if this is just a SCAM, he can dilute, reverse split, and dilute the stock over and over.

What I'm talking about is if Adrian or anyone wants to build a successful brand or company, they cannot continuously dilute or reverse split their company's stock. You will have to eventually find other funding methods.
