IBRC: 1st Nations, Federal Law and CBIS(!):

Ok here is some important DD about 1st Nations rights per MJ, and about Free Spirit Organics (who is IRBC's huge new CBD oil customer per last weeks PR) and Free Spirit's new very strong business collaborations with, of all big-time MJ penny stocks: CBIS. Also found out about the Federal Law and the DEA's new December, 2016 clarification and continued 'illegal' status on CBD oil --- and about how all this is great for IBRC and separates them from most ALL other MJ stock. First though, lets re-read the massive Feb. 7th PR:

The demand for our products is growing at 400% per month and we have been having a hard time securing the raw oil and having to go to several places to fill orders. Now with the new regulations classifying cannabinoids as a class 1, we think our sales will grow even faster because of our ability to fill orders other companies can't. The laws are still up in the air, but because of our sovereign status we can send products across state lines from tribe-to-tribe much easier than most. Many of the Indian Casinos are carrying our products in their commissaries. We also have 3,000 Tribal stores that are starting to carry CBDoil as well."

The first order is for 1,000 kilograms (2,200 pounds) and will be delivered by the end of February. Ongoing demand is expected to be between 200-250 kilograms per month. In the past, the Tribe has been paying $25,000 on up to $48,000 per kilogram.

"Our connections within the industry have helped us secure volume pricing. In comparison, the first contract was filled at $13,000 per kilo," said Michael Ogburn, CEO of iBrands.

Ive re-read this PR many times and it doesn't diminish. But first of all, before we get into 1st Nations and the DEA and all that, guess who Cannabis Science CBIS just made a deal with in October 2016 to grow and produce their own CBD oil? : Free Spirit Organics LLC and the Winnemucca Tribe same as IBRC(!). Its all in black and white in their last 10-Q filing!:

"On October 24, 2016, the Company entered an Exclusive Master Facilitator Agreement with Members of Winnemucca Tribal Allotment, Free Spirit Organics, LLC, American Education Consulting Group and Raymond C. Dabney University to provide general support with developing, cultivating and processing of Cannabis/Hemp on 320 Acres of leased land in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Company’s share is 40% of net profit derived from the sale and distribution of Cannabis/Hemp products grown and manufactured on these lands. Under the agreement, the Company will be provided one (1) acre of land for research and development with placement of no more than 36,000 square feet of greenhouses used for cultivation and research of Cannabis/Hemp. The term of this Exclusive Master Agreement is five (5) years and up to twenty-five (25) years."


(..and then a bit further down on Page: 8 under 'Results of Operations'...):

So IBRC's new huge 1,000 kilogram (est. $13 mil-!...$13,000 per kilo said in PR) CBD Pure oil they PR'd is 1,000% hugely clarified (as in this customer not only exists but are a big player in the CBD/Hemp/MMJ/MJ arena): we clearly see in their own filings CBIS doing a huge business venture with Free Spirit Organics and these same 1st Nation Tribes -! And anyone who has followed CBIS knows that they are using CBD's in tests and trials to prove that it kills cancer; its the penny stocks 'MJ big pharma' of sorts, its right after MJNA in popularity (it trades around $5 mil in shares a day) - and is a 'penny stock MJ Bellweather'. Here is their company description:

Now CBIS needs more CBD oil for these studies and also their Cannabis and CBD products. As we see above they are even starting to grow their own to obtain it with Free Spirit Organics and the Winnemucca Tribe in Nevada:

----and again let me say just cause its so big lol: as we see in the Feb. 7th IBRC PR: its SAME business and Tribe who is now buying a 1,000 kilograms and est. $13,000,000 million CBD oil order from IRBC(!), and buying 200 to 250 kilograms each month from IBRC too for the next 12 months, then maybe after as well(!)


And im guessing here, but maybe some, even a small percent of IRBC's specialized Pure CBD oil will be used to fill the gap for the next year at CBIS till their own huge greenhouse and Cannabis crops with Free Spirit Organics are harvested? Thus the one year contract we see in the PR between Free Spirit Organics and IRBC, at the same time CBIS has just started building/growing their own Cannabis which may take idk a year lol to get going? A clue to all this i think is stated in the IBRC PR that Free Spirit Organics has the option to renew the year sales lease next February when the supply contract is up (perhaps in case CBIS doesnt get their own CBD oil production up to the level of demand they need?) So that CBIS can supply enough CBD oils for the aforementioned things in their 10Q, and what they describe their urgent need for below in the PR:

Now, even more compelling, is that CBD oil was just firmly Classified again in December by the DEA (thanks Obama for nothing!) as a Class 1 drug, illegal to even make, let alone deliver State to State which for any Class 1 drug is of course illegal and a Federal Crime. New DEA Rule Says CBD Oil is Really, Truly, No-Joke: Illegal
-December 14th 2016:

"The US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) made CBD oil a little more federally illegal in a little-noticed bureaucratic maneuver this morning.

Today’s Federal Register (Dec. 14, 2016) contains an item (21 CFR Part 1308) that establishes a new drug code for “marihuana extract.”

“This code,” wrote DEA Acting Administrator Chuck Rosenberg, “will allow DEA and DEA-registered entities to track quantities of this material separately from quantities of marihuana.” The move, the Register entry explained, is meant to bring the US into compliance with international drug-control treaties.
There is no major change in law brought about by the Register item. Rather, it serves to clarify and reinforce the DEA’s position on all cannabis extracts, including CBD oil. That position is: They are all federally illegal Schedule I substances. “Extracts of marihuana will continue to be treated as Schedule I controlled substances,” the notice says.

....What DEA Administrator Rosenberg seems to be saying with this clarification is: You may be able to grow hemp. But if you try to extract CBD oil from it, the DEA considers that a federal crime.

....The new DEA rule, Hoban said, may threaten hundreds, possibly thousands, of jobs and growing businesses. Those business owners based their investments and careers on previous definitions of hemp and cannabidiol in the Controlled Substances Act and modified by federal courts. And that’s where this latest turn of events could end up. “We will see the federal government in court,” Hoban said."

So (awesome!) for IBRC to be working with a 1st Nations company Free Spirit Organics and Tribes!!

Because IRBC is selling to a 1st Nations Tribe, what a perfect customer to have - as a 1st Nation Tribe they are the last true Free people in America (how ironic i love it) and Sovereign and the ONLY business entity that is able to go around Federal Law (!)- and not have to worry about the new clairification and December 2016 DEA illegal description of CBD oils. So with all this said, re-read again the atomic bomb in the IRBC PR - their new 1st Nation Free Spirit Organics CBD oil supply contract is the perfect customer to have in the entire United States, and one that every CBD oil, Hemp, or MMJ company would want, because to repeat some of the IBRC PR:

Yes the AS is 30 billion and yes the OS is 15 billion...and yes the Float is around 3 billion. But in the iBox CEO has stated that there will be no RS, and in the filings (which IBRC is already Pink Current!) CEO owns 10 billion of the 15 billion OS. That and this is trading so thin for a Trip Z SS - at .0004/5/6 there has been like 30 mil on the ask or less, unheard of with most all Trip Z penny stocks. My theory is that a lot of these shares are then held or restricted or whatever just like ZRZH which trades like a 200 mil float but has a 15 bil AS, 6 bil OS and 1.3 bil float.
