I should have probably just stayed out of it, but... I'm quite sure he's referring to the many, many posts that many, many people have made about bigger Wall Street firms/companies who CANNOT buy any stock under $1.00, $2.00, or even $5.00 -- depending on the firm/hedge fund.

I experienced FIRST HAND that Edward Jones wouldn't let me buy OWCP because it's under $2.00.

There are others on this board who personally could not buy because it wasn't at $1.00.

There are other "big boys" who will likely be at The Wall St Conference on March 1st who CANNOT purchase stock under $1.00 or $2.00 -- for whatever reason.

Thus, why we all can't wait to get beyond $1.00 and even $2.00...
