I only offer the below as challenges for discusion..yes I am in way too Heavy so Paranoia is setting in!

1) Weak Management Team
2) Low "N" on all Data
3) Slow enrollment fulfillment on Adjunct ...18 months and counting
4) No capital to work with, i.e. another Dilution in weeks perhaps
5) No Huge Difference in MOA over HART
6) GILD and GSK..both may wait out their new products..as they both seem to think they will be Game Changers and can wait another 6 to 12 months for their own R&D to come to fruition!
7) Stock Market at all time high
8) SC injections...OUCH! Especially when 43% HIV treatment Modalities are blown off..even Oral..and that is before toxicity. If they decline oral..why would they want SC injections
