Worked for a publicly traded company years ago. Transferred from the NY office to the Menlo Park office. Pretty much like working at a different company, because of local CA laws. Transferred to the Paris office. Was like working for an entirely different company, because of French and EU laws.

You really have no idea what you are talking about sometimes. OWC is based in Israel because of the cannabis friendly research environment. It is a wholly owned sub of OWCP, but if you think that because OWCP is listed on OTCQB that OWC can ignore Israeli laws you are 100% wrong.
