Is Rexista-Mallinckrodt out ?

was thinking if the recent subpoena could eventually push MNK to make a step down for possible Rexista partnership ?

Still vote for Purdue as the best partner. Also the idea of potentially becoming delisted could really look sexy to a man like Odidi.
