So it looks like Mason got his money back and a piece (how big?) of the spinoff company. Good for him. What did mhtx shareholders get besides a stock price worth 1/3 of what it was 7 years ago, no clue on what is happening with the metals technology and no clue of if/how/when they might share in any success the spin off might achieve. Stock price speaks for itself.
