There's no dispute what they say in the Video and PROF. Hossam Haick wouldn't have it as one of his most recent Video's if not true

As to the other questions, seen them except that last Press Release, even that I'm fine with, Prof Haick has a lot of irons in the fire to speak of, probably still have those players in the game but they all have certain rolls, take the 2013 deal with Alpha Szenszor http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20130204006370/en/Alpha-Szenszor-Technion-Announce-Joint-Venture-Lung#.VNhHk2h4pcQ

Then you have others but each has their own rolls, Alpha Szenszor produces the chip (NanoTubes) others as AI Technologies (Amerasis International Technologies -AiT) they produce circuit boards that are basically waterproof but as to Na-Nose, Invented and owned by Prof Haick

The latest edition to his Video's - BreathTec is called out as Developers with Prof Haicks and don't see him with a problem to it as he posts on his web link to his group http://lnbd.technion.ac.il
