To the best of my knowledge

Hedge Funds trade nano seconds ahead of all other trades with very exclusive software which essentially controls the market. The question mark signifies the start of these nefarious trades.

Delighted to be proved wrong because that theory if proven true represents such a massive fraud being committed, that the extent of it cannot be calculated by us mear mortals.
