I am guess that APRIL 20th, 2017 is an ideal target date for Canada legislation to either be completed or started.

4/20 is national Hemp day and it is an ideal symbolic target date.

That is only about 45 trading days or about 2 months of trading.

Look for a huge run up into 4/20/2017
