"On February 2, 2016, iTalk Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original 8-K”) to report, among other things, that the Company had acquired United Mobile Solutions Corp. (“UMS”), which became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company."



Well, obviously someone is lying cause this statement of theirs contradicts the recent comments from Dea. Either they own UMS or they don't.
