QUITE FRANKLY research and sound conjecture will lead you to the same conclusion, $TXTM - PLPL-SA has positioned themselves for monopoly/domination over the burgeoning medical MJ Buisness in South Africa.

The reality is -- THE BILL IN ITS CURRENT FORM DOES NOT LEGALIZE MJ. Instead, reclassified it--AND seemingly, it now makes the only form Of LEGAL MEDICAL MJ in South Africa available by way of cannabinoids using a S.A. government issued license !! To get this license - a company has to already work with a South African Hospital to research, develop and BRING TO MARKET a "NEUTRICUETICAL" ...
