Oh Please!

Are you that naïve?

Can't you really come up with positive scenarios that would allow Apricus to get to a $2.5 m shareholder equity?

You bring up Denner, like he is going to do what exactly what, in order to get Apricus from a $10 million deficit in shareholder equity to a $2.5 m surplus?

Didn't I read somewhere that you claim to have a financial background Carlob1978?

Doesn't Apricus need shareholder approval in order to sell more shares, specifically to a shareholder, if it will exceed 20% of the total outstanding share count?

And if I'm not mistaken, are there not limitations to the amount of shares that Apricus can sell? Wasn't this the reason they had to decrease the amount of shares sold during the last direct placing?

Show us something Carlodb1978. You keep on blabbering about a Ferring buyout and recently a Forendo buyout, before that a merger with who? Vivus?

Here. I will give you an idea, so you can produce a decent prediction.

In order to meet the $ 2.5 m shareholder equity requirement, Apricus will merge / buy a public / private company and therefore will be eligible to request another extension with Nasdaq. It will do a private placement / secondary in connection to this transaction. They will then be able to show a $2.5 m shareholder equity, by using the likes of goodwill, cash and other assets that the new company will now own, and show this on the financial reporting documents.

Note: This movie is not new. I have seen it before. Which is why I don't understand how come you Calodb can't think up scenario's like this and instead come up with you will see tomorrow.
