Based on when Loflin did the livespeedbroadband launch? that doesn't seem launched any more. or maybe was never officially launched?

Certainly the clikia.tv app in the google store wouldn't be a measure - as it only showed between 10 to 50 installs of that app.
Could be 10 could be 50.
