He didnt respond months ago and still put out 8k after I emailed him. Even with Divy its still a good deal and they have done them 2 or 3x in the past which I always thought was the smartest thing to do in the shell market any CEO could do. Pay a divy spin off shares of new co and do it all over again. I really like the RM Ive used ChoiceTrade in the past and they have been more than patient here. Need those filings soon.
