The test results shouldn't have anything to do with the patent application per say in terms of time until a patent is granted.

The main thing is that they have filed first for the application first for this treatment. Here is the links showing the EU patent application for the disease state of psoriasis. As you can see right now the status is A1, meaning the European patent application published with European search report. When you see a B1, European patent specification (granted patent), its granted.... Also don't forget dates are backwards on them so 21.06.2017 means June 21st, 2017..
