And if they are a profitable business, why would they allow themselves to be acquired by a company that can't even afford to do a relaunch. If for some reason a company was interested in working with DNA Brands, they would just acquire them, not the other way around.

This is the type of stuff that make people have doubts about Adrian. Every time he mentions acquisitions, I think what an idiot. You tell us you can't relaunch the DNA Energy drink line without X amount of money, but somehow you think you can acquire a company that is currently bringing in revenue.
