Why would FINRA care about a audited financial report from a Sarissa subsidiary? There are no actions pending in front of FINRA for Sarissa.

Even if Dan signed them doesn't mean he couldn't go back and find fraud in the books that makes those financials invalid. Companies have to restate audited financials all of them time?
