what would happen if we are offered .06 cents a share is you can sell your shares if you want if it hits .06 cents or wait until the closing of the aquisition and your broker(ameri-trade,e-trade)whomever will handle the transfer of money for shares or change symbol for stock or whatever.If there is a vote to approve or deny the aquisition offer then the company vhub would send out a proxy to all 250(approx. shareholders) and debt. holders along with whomever owns any of vhubs assets(percentage wise).When the votes are counted then the previous action would take place,if denied the aquiring company can make another offer or leave us alone.This is my opinion and i believe correct in accuracy.
