Something very important occurred to me last night while at work BK flipping Whoppers. Sessions is the new Attorney General. He will be heavily involved for the government in the litigation. On our side the lead plaintiff attorney is Chuck Cooper. But here's the thing. Sessions has a lot of respect for Cooper. In fact Sessions recommended Cooper for Solicitor General. Furthermore Sessions was coached by Cooper for the confirmation hearing. And there is no doubt Trump and Mnuchin know and respect Cooper well. So when Cooper argues on our behalf you can rest assured the other side will listen and probably agree with Cooper. This is important.
