I agree with the interviewers that such clarification SHOULD be unnecessary. However, they let Rodger off easy because HE is the one that said "end of January" now he says maybe 1 patient a month, maybe not - we hope to have the first stage completed this year - maybe, maybe not.

I think now he has gotten gun-shy and has gone in the reverse with his time estimates. Instead of over-promising and under-delivering he now will under-promise and hope to over-deliver. This is something more experienced management should have already known.

Bottom line is that you have to have a timeline of years to wait this out on this one. One must keep cycling their position because they keep going back to the stock-till for money and undercut the market share price in the process.

They WILL need more money before this is over - that means more draws with warrants and undercutting the share price AT least once more - probably twice (or more). Plus, if you think we get past this first phase and we are off to the races, you need to get a history lesson...there are lots and lots of shares out there hoping for a pop to sell into...plus you will have the drift down while folks wait the months and years for the next phase to come to fruition AND with each phase it gets harder and more likely results will be bad.

Bottom line is that the way they have chosen to finance the trials and the process itself is why we are sitting at .20 - not because of the efficiency of the treatment. The treatment could be great and work for these particular individuals wonderfully - however to finance future trials (if history is any teacher) they will continue to fleece their current holders.

However, if one doesn't get all "pie-in-the-sky" and cycles their positions, sells into spikes, and re-accumulates the inevitable drifts - there is money to be made. Just be aware they WILL need more money and they WILL sell the current holders out --- again. Even if after several years this all works out - you have to be prepared for at least a 50% higher number of shares outstanding than current when all is said and done --- at least.

However, yes, yes - cure for cancer - worth billions - won't matter in the end...etc ...

OK - and maybe the pain management side makes so much money they don't have to sell more shares (unlikely) - and maybe they will "cure" bladder cancer for some people - great, but we are talking years and millions of $$ they currently don't have.

I am much more interested in Rodger outlining how he is going to pay for it all (if he even knows) rather than responding to garbage some board-writter spoke to a receptionist about - on a subject that is quite self-evident simply by reading the PRs.
