Considering the CEO was completely inept at starting and running a new business and a liar and corrupt, and the others were just some cronies of his along for a ride with free shares.....indeed it's better.....better than Chap11 which could still be in the picture.

Hopefully she is cleaning house and steering this broken/sinking ship out of deep water.
