I see. So the CEO is willing to take a personal short term hit in an effort to help the share price to grow exponentially. And in that sense, she will get more value personally in the long run?

Is that right? It just seems like a lot to give up. But I guess those B class shares are worth something. I'll look into the 8 k like lipster suggested
