My hope is that Odidi is not going to delay any further the partnership. I can consider as the max acceptable to wait until the window Purdue has for potential legal action is expired. The longer it goes the weaker he becomes as negotiator.
By the way this would mean Purdue is not the partner, too bad.

Another point: what about possible expansion if funding is available mentioned in the PR ? A facility in the US?
