I do agree that there has been no dilution. What likely happened was that some of those who bought at .0003 and .0004 sold at .0006-.0008 to people expecting a move in a matter of days to .0010+. When that didn't happen they sold en masse down to .0003. Personally glad to have plenty of shares at a .0003 basis and will keep at least half of them for a break of .0009 in coming weeks/months.
