dragon52, actually I understand it quite well.
First of all, I don't think a 10K will ever be filed. But for the sake of argument, let's say one is filed. If the 10K shows assets and a business plan that supports a $15 share price, then that is what they will get. Not because the company can set the price of it's stock in the open market, but because the company shows the market that it is worth $15.
Let me put it another way, Rufus can put a $15 price on his stock, but he can't force me, or any other investor to buy it.
