They ARE NOT BEING PAID IN STOCK

THEREFORE, the stock price has no bearing on Susman

What matters is a settlement DOLLAR VALUE (not the stock price) BECAUSE THAT'S (settlement dollar value) WHAT SUSMAN TAKES A PERCENTAGE OF ---THEY DONT OWN 30% of the company

You are "uninformed" and not understanding things if you believe that taking 30% of this settlement and owning 30% of the company are the same - they are NOT the same thing at all
