While that may not seem like much, it IS figuratively higher when comparing .0000/.0001 to .0001/.0002
Likewise, the "positive outlook" is with the words on the streets.
When considering most of these stocks are driven by rumors, it's a low better than all the negativity that's been going on.
All of which is evidence of advancement when looking at the whole picture.
It's not much of a start, but yet more than how its been.
